Secondary Separate Sidebar

Hi was wondering if Wikidot's Standard Layout would allow a second separate sidebar. I have an awesome idea for a new theme that could even turn out to be even a bootstrapped enabled theme. A link given below will be given as example. I don't have the css for theme but that is because I am trying to develop it. I haven't started it yet.
